The processes related to stock underpasses have been broken in to three stages. Process flows, forms and templates have been developed for each.
Important Note: RCAs are responsible for distributing this material to their applicants. The Relationship Portal is a central hub where the latest versions of these documents are maintained for RCAs to access and download. Each RCA may choose how they wish to distribute these materials
Council staff can access the SURP documentation from the RATA Relationship Portal. This is a secure document store, if you do not currently have access to this document store, please request for access from the RATA Administrator.

An Underpass Landowner Guide has also been developed for RCAs to provide to interested parties.
This guide outlines key information for landowners about the processes for new and existing underpasses, as well as the decommissioning process.
