We are absolutely thrilled to launch our latest service, Co-Lab Learning.
Co-Lab Learning is a new learning & development service for Co-Lab’s partner councils. Co-Lab Learning’s vision is growing people to do great things for our communities.
The service delivers e-learning and in-person learning and development, supporting the growth of capability in council staff and in turn, better positioning councils as employers of choice.
Co-Lab Learning also supports councils with sourcing training providers and logistics and other administration of training.

Collaborating on learning and development across councils and subsequently creating this new shared service has been a big joint effort from many at Co-Lab and at our partner councils Hamilton City, Hauraki District, Thames-Coromandel, South Waikato, Matamata-Piako, Otorohanga Distruct, Waikato District, Waikato Regional, Waitomo and Rotorua Lakes.
